This Privacy Policy explains how Earth Business Zone ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CareQ mobile application (the "App"). CareQ is a hospital OPD (outpatient department) token booking and queue management application. By using CareQ, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

CareQ uses Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Firebase Realtime Database), a service provided by Google LLC, to securely authenticate users and store App data. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Google's secure infrastructure. Passwords are managed by Firebase Authentication and are never stored or visible to us in plain text.

We retain your account and booking information for as long as your account is active. Unattended tokens are automatically cleared on a daily basis. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To do so, visit our Account & Data Deletion page or email us at the address below. Upon request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

CareQ is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
