This page explains how you can request deletion of your CareQ account and all personal data associated with it. We honor every verified deletion request.
Send us an email from the email address registered with your CareQ account, and we will permanently delete your account and associated data.
Request account deletion by emailWhen your deletion request is verified, we permanently delete the following from our systems:
We may retain a limited amount of information only where required by law, or in anonymized/aggregated form that can no longer identify you (for example, basic operational records a hospital is legally required to keep). This retained information is never used to contact or identify you.
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
